DJSaxman website terms

Terms and Conditions

These terms govern your use of this website and any inquiry you submit through it. A signed event agreement, when applicable, contains the specific terms for your booking.

Effective October 12, 2026

Important: Submitting an inquiry does not reserve a date or create a performance contract. A booking is confirmed only through the process stated in your written event agreement.

01 Acceptance of these terms

By accessing or using the DJSaxman website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use the website. These terms apply to website visitors and people who submit an inquiry through the website.

02 Website use

You may use this website to learn about entertainment services, view general package information, and request information about a date or event. You agree not to:

  • use the website for unlawful, fraudulent, or abusive purposes;
  • attempt to disrupt the website, gain unauthorized access, or introduce malicious code;
  • copy, republish, or commercially exploit website content without permission; or
  • submit false information or impersonate another person.

03 Inquiries, pricing, and availability

Website descriptions and starting prices are general information, not a binding quote or guarantee of availability. Final pricing may depend on the event date, location, duration, services, production requirements, travel, venue rules, and other event details.

An inquiry is a request for information only. Your date remains available to others unless and until a booking is confirmed under a separate written event agreement.

04 Bookings, payments, cancellations, and changes

Confirmed events are governed by the event agreement and invoice provided for that booking. That agreement may address retainers, payment deadlines, cancellation, rescheduling, overtime, travel, weather, force majeure, equipment, performance scope, and other event-specific terms.

If these website terms conflict with a signed event agreement, the signed event agreement controls for that booking. Unless stated in a signed event agreement, nothing on this website creates a promise to perform on a specific date or at a specific price.

05 Event and venue responsibilities

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event details and for obtaining any permissions required by the venue. Depending on the booking, the event agreement may require suitable access, a safe performance area, reliable electrical power, weather protection, load-in access, parking, and reasonable cooperation from venue personnel.

DJSaxman may decline or stop performance activity when conditions present a material safety risk, violate law, or threaten people or equipment, subject to the applicable event agreement.

06 Intellectual property and submitted material

Website text, graphics, branding, photographs, audio, video, and other original content are owned by DJSaxman or used with permission and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may view the website for personal, noncommercial purposes, but no ownership rights are transferred to you.

If you submit information through an inquiry form, you represent that you have the right to provide it and authorize its use to respond to your inquiry and discuss requested services.

07 Website disclaimers

The website is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. While reasonable efforts are made to keep information accurate and the website available, DJSaxman does not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free operation, or that every description remains current at all times.

Links to third-party websites or services may be provided for convenience. DJSaxman does not control and is not responsible for third-party content, availability, security, or privacy practices.

08 Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, DJSaxman will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, exemplary, or punitive damages arising from use of, or inability to use, this website. Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited.

Any liability connected with a booked event is governed by the applicable signed event agreement.

09 Governing law

These website terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute concerning these website terms will be handled in a court of competent jurisdiction in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

10 Changes to these terms

These terms may be revised from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page identifies the current version. Your continued use of the website after a revision means you accept the updated terms.
