Purpose and recipient
The DJSaxman SMS program sends an alert when a new inquiry is received through the DJSaxman website. The intended recipient is the business owner or an authorized member of the DJSaxman team who has expressly requested these operational notifications.
Customers who submit an event inquiry are not automatically enrolled in SMS messages. A website inquiry alone does not constitute consent to receive texts.
Owner opt-in record
The intended recipient completes the affirmative opt-in below before notifications begin. The mobile number is entered directly by the recipient, and the consent box is not preselected.
Consent applies only to the number voluntarily provided by the recipient and may be withdrawn at any time.
What messages contain
Messages are limited to operational alerts about new website inquiries and related delivery or system notices. DJSaxman does not use this program for third-party promotions, purchased contact lists, or unsolicited bulk messaging.

Opt-out and help
The recipient remains in control of messaging at all times.
